  • How much is labor?

    Labor is normally a flat $100 for most devices. However, if the device is older, or easier to work on, we can usually waive this in your favor. This doesn't mean you can just ask for it to be waived! A lot of technology nowadays is really hard to open up and work with, not to mention dangerous, if you don't know what you're doing!


    That's why if things go wrong with our repairs, we normally tell you outright that things could happen, and if the repair is successful immediately, but fails later, we offer a 90 day warranty on parts that do not appear physically damaged.

  • Who do you get your parts from?

    We get our parts from a variety of reliable sources that are industry-trusted, authorized wholesalers. We can also get our parts directly from certain manufacturers, in case whatever parts we get from our wholesalers fail repeatedly at providing an operational part.


    If you get a defective part from us, play the lottery! We do our best to ensure that our parts are up-to-spec for your device, and if you get a defective part that slips by us?


    We can offer warranty repairs, or give you cash towards a scratcher for you to try and win big instead!


    We are not liable for a losing voucher if you take this offer.

  • How long is your average turn-around time?

    This varies from device-to-device, but for the average iPhone 13 screen replacement? 15-20 minutes.


    If we don't have the part, you can expect a one day turn-around time for the part, where once you come back in, you drop it off, and we call you in typically less than an hour with your device repaired!
